Our History

Brinkman’s was founded by the late Rex Brinkman, who was “living the dream” when he opened the store in 1991. Rex’s vision was to provide top-quality items and to provide customer service that was quickly disappearing in the retail world. The store has been managed for the last 30 years by Mark Wiechart, who spent many years under the tutelage of Rex.

We offer many unique items and specialize in fresh-cut choice meats, homemade deli salads, freshly baked pies, quality homegrown produce and a seasonal greenhouse.
